1. Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Products: Cushions, mugs, t-shirts, mousepads, and paintings and other products that are not customized are eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Items with signs of wear or damage from improper handling will not be eligible.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return
Contact our customer support at support@unboundedcompany.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization if your request qualifies.
Step 2: Ship the Item Back
Once authorized, please securely package the item along with all original materials and include your return authorization number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we have made an error with your order.
Step 3: Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
4. Refunds
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases of defective or damaged items, return shipping charges may be reimbursed.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- Please indicate your preference when initiating your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- For exchanges of customized products, please note that a new customization request may be required.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at support@unboundedcompany.com with photographs and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Orders: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the product has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer support promptly.
- Customized Orders: Customized products cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your customization details carefully at the time of order.
